No: 1 İç Kapı No: 116, Yenimahalle / Ankara, Türkiye, is the data controller (veri sorumlusu) responsible for personal data processed through the playon.com.tr website and our mobile games (together, the "Services") within the meaning of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").

Website. Our website does not require an account and does not use tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and request logs) as necessary to serve and secure the site.

Games. When you play our games, we and our service providers may process:

• device information (model, operating system, language, region);
• identifiers such as advertising ID or a randomly generated player ID;
• gameplay data (progress, scores, session length, crashes);
• purchase information reported by the app store (we never see your card details);
• approximate (IP-based) location for regional settings and legal compliance.

Email. If you contact us, we process your email address and the content of your message to respond.

We process personal data to:

• provide, operate and improve the Services (performance of a contract / legitimate interest);
• fix bugs, prevent cheating, fraud and abuse (legitimate interest);
• measure and serve advertising in our games, where you have given consent where required (consent / legitimate interest);
• comply with legal obligations (legal obligation);
• respond to your requests (legitimate interest / performance of a contract).

These correspond to the processing conditions in Article 5 of the KVKK and Article 6 of the GDPR.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf and under contract, such as:

• hosting and infrastructure providers for the website and game backends;
• analytics and crash-reporting providers for our games;
• advertising networks that serve ads in our games;
• app stores that process your purchases;
• authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

The specific providers used by each game are listed in that game's store page or in-game privacy notice.

Some of our service providers are located outside Türkiye. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted under Article 9 of the KVKK and, for EEA users, Chapter V of the GDPR (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and then delete, destroy or anonymize it in line with the KVKK. For example, support emails are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards; technical logs are kept for short, rolling periods.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information about the processing;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
• know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set by law;
• request that corrections and deletions be notified to recipients;
• object to results produced by exclusively automated analysis of your data;
• claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

You can limit personalized advertising at the device level (for example, "Delete advertising ID" on Android or "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS). Where consent dialogs are shown in our games, you can change your choice from the game's settings.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse, in line with Article 12 of the KVKK. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its "last updated" date. Material changes will be announced through the Services where appropriate.
